God Wants You To Be Saved
Why people must be saved?
The Bible says, For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; Romans 3:23 (KJV) We are all sinners and we cannot save ourselves. God loves us so much and He is not willing that any should perish. That’s simply the reason why God wants us to be saved.
How about those who think they are righteous before God?
The Bible says, But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away. Isaiah 64:6 (KJV) Man’s good works, religion, power and riches cannot save him.
Where will the unbelieving people go if they neglect their opportunity to be saved?
The Bible says, But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death. Revelation 21:8 (KJV)
What must I do to be saved?
The Bible says, And brought them out, and said, Sirs, what must I do to be saved? And they said, Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved, and thy house. Acts 16:30-31 (KJV)
Is there any other way to Heaven aside from the Lord Jesus Christ?
The Bible says, Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved. Acts 4:12 (KJV) Truly, there is no other way than the Lord Jesus Christ. Jesus said, “I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.” John 14:6 (KJV)
In John 3:16, it is written, For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. (KJV) Jesus loved us so much that He came into the world, suffered for our sins, shed His precious blood at Calvary and gave His life for us. He died, was buried and on the third day He rose from the dead to show to the world that He is Christ, the Savior of the world.
In Romans 10:9-11, it is written, That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For the scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on him shall not be ashamed. (KJV)
